What is a subscriber?
When someone sends a message to the bot, he/ she becomes a subscriber. There can be unlimited back and forth messages between a unique subscriber and the bot.
How to remove Branding?
In order to remove branding, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan. For free tier, there is only paid plan ($10/month) with upto 10,000 subscribers limit. Fair usage policy applied.
We recommend considering a business plan if you are expecting more subscribers
What is volume pricing?
Volume pricing is available in business plans. You be assigned a total number of subscribers per account. You can create unlimited number of bots. Total number of subscribers must not exceed the allowed quota.
How to upgrade to a paid plan?
You can upgrade from the bot settings or click on the trial message in the navigation bar (as shown below) to upgrade to a pro plan:
How pricing is calculated?
The pricing is calculated based on number of subscribers of your bot.
Once the trial period is over, you will not be able to access the premium features. Your bot will still work as it is, however you wont be able to reach out beyond (broadcasts/audience/campaign) the allowed numbers of subscribers on a free plan limitation.
Can I integrate with other services?
Using the GraphQL API, you can integrate smartloop conversational bot virtually with any service. A common use-case is to integrate with other live chat providers to augment their customer support using chatbots. Please refer to the documentation for more information on sending and receiving messages using API.
You can also use Zapier events to capture and send notifcations.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you’d like us to accept other forms of payments, please write to us at billing@smartloop.ai for assistance.

We take privacy very seriously at Smartloop. We ensure that your data at rest and in transit are handled securely. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
Smartloop is a free platform, and we recommend to find your use-case first then put some effort into building out that perfect conversation flow that works for your product/service. The best way is to analyze your conversation flow and keep improving it continuously.
